Job Description:

 Dimension Bid is a home grown Malaysian based Wireline Service Company providing Slickline Well Intervention and Cased Hole Logging & Perforating Services to National Oil Companies (NOCs) as well as Multi National Oil Companies (MNCs), domestically and abroad

 

In line with our growth, we are looking for suitable candidates to fill in the vacancies

 

SECRETARY

(based in Kuala Lumpur)

 

 

 

Candidate should possess minimum of Diploma in Secretarial, Business Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.  

At least 2 years of working experience in related field

Excellent command in English -  written and verbal skills

Good communication skill with the ability to talk to high level of people is crucial

Pleasant and personable approach to dealing with people.

Able to work independently and organized

 

 

Preferred Skills:

 

Perform all tasks of secretarial and administrative functions

To liaise within and outside the organization to make appointments and schedule meetings

Arrange for travel and hotel booking

Maintain efficient filling system for smooth retrieval process

To maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Prepare formal letters, reports and proposals.

Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests.

Attends to walk-in guest/business partner/customer
